Product Development
With five presses on our production floor, we produce semifinished products from 10 mm to 1400 mm. Our focus is on specialized work with larger diameters. We frequently collaborate on our clients’ complex drawings, which we see as an added value.
Once we start a new request, we conduct a comprehensive analysis in our laboratory. With carefully gathered data about the construction and the material, we aim for the best solution. This leads to advice and design of the best components for your PTFE product.
Next, we assist in the design, shaping and cost aspects. By leveraging the properties of PTFE, we can propose the best design, saving you costs and incorporating the right characteristics into the semifinished product.
We guarantee expert production, including the necessary certifications to meet the highest quality standards. Finally, our production process considers manufacturing your semifinished product as functional and cost-efficiently as possible.
Our production process is based on advanced mold technology. With this, we create porous seals from high-quality powder. After curing in the oven (the sintering process), custom-sized and colored hard PTFE semifinished products emerge for your PTFE solution.
Customization to your specifications
In addition to standard semi-finished products, we develop PTFE semi-finished products with additives on request. Think of materials such as glass, bronze, and carbon with specific properties like heat resistance, hardness and more. Want to know more about our capabilities?
